In making their laser products, Tekhnoscan Photonics employs the best technologies and reliable, proven technical solutions. The dielectric mirrors used in our lasers are fabricated directly in the Academy Town of Novosibirsk to the highest standards unattainable by most optical elements available on the market. Thanks to the superior mirrors quality, Tekhnoscan Photonics’ lasers feature excellent efficiency and the company’s resonant frequency doublers have a record-high efficiency rating. The birefringent filters are original in both composition and tuning method. They represent the best embodiment of advanced research results in the field of polarisation wavelengths selectors for continuously tuneable lasers.

Additionally, Fabry-Pérot étalons are used in lasers for selection of narrow radiation spectra (or single frequencies), with the Company relying on non-adjustable solid Fabry-Pérot étalons. These étalons are uncoated, capable of operating across a wide spectral range, having low non-selective losses. The distance between the spherical mirrors and the lens located near the laser active media can be precisely adjusted for optimal tuning. All laser components are easily accessible, making them easy to replace, and the optics can be easily cleaned or washed. The open laser resonator is shielded from air currents and dust by a removable protective cover, allowing for comfortable operation of the laser with the resonator in a "closed" state.

The laser system designs are engineered to ensure user convenience while providing stability, reliability, and longevity. The design of Tekhnoscan Photonics’ laser systems is unique, with the laser resonators based on a rigid 3D structure made of three Invar rods, which minimise thermal expansion of the resonator. The alignment elements of the laser cavity are reliable and precise, having undergone extensive refinement over time, with an optimal modern appearance. The laser electronic control units are designed to ensure their operational lifespan approaches infinity.

The operating mode of all electronic components is well within the normal limits, which allows the electronic units of Tekhnoscan Photonics' laser systems to operate continuously for extended periods. The control circuits can be either analogue or digital, depending on which control mode is best suited for the task at hand. Digital circuits can be digitally controlled and feature specialised software based on original and highly effective algorithms. The technological excellence of the designs and components of our laser systems is achieved through years of improvement on the basis of extensive testing.
The installation of Tekhnoscan Photonics’ laser products can be carried out either by a Company representative (anywhere in the world) or by following detailed illustrated instructions provided by the Company.
